Golfkurs Platzreife
Golf, a game played in a standardized area with specifications of the number of holes to be present and the distance between each hole. There are many Golfkurses situated all over the world, as the sport today is not limited to its country of origin which is in Edinburgh, Scotland. With world wide acceptance, golf today is played in many countries and each of them have formulated its own set of rules and regulations though the basic system of the game has been kept intact. The player before taking part in any kind of competitions and tournaments must be certified with a Golfkurs Platzreife which entitles the player to join a golf club and which ensures the golf player a place in the club. Every golf course contains a series of holes, usually 18 or its multiples up to 27 or 36, scattered over the ground. The golf course also includes a fairway, a teeing ground, rough ground, and other vulnerabilities that act as obstruction or impediments; to increase the level of difficulty of the game and which need to be overcome by the player. The first segment of each hole has a small ground which is called the teeing ground. The teeing ground is made slightly elevated sometimes to increase the difficulty level of the game. The player usually hits the ball from the teeing area where the teeing box is fixed on the ground and the ball is placed on the tee. Then the ball is hit from the place where it comes to rest. This area of the ground is known as fairway and lies between the teeing ground and the putting are known as the putting green. It is so called because the ball is hit with a putter from this area. The grass is usually cut very short so that it allows the ball to roll to a longer distance. There are a number of equipments used on these grounds or golf courses, they all available in the Golf shop
