Bones are the supporting structure of the human body. The bones of the human take many forms and play an important role. For example, skull is a form of bone that protects the brain. In a form of rib cage it protects various internal organs like heart, liver, lungs, and kidney. Being teeth it helps in chewing the food. It functions the locomotive function of human body. The bone marrow helps in producing white blood cells and red blood cells. Being a small bone inside the ear, it acts as an important part for conductive hearing. Calcium rich foods can strength the bones.
